Refunds may be due a student because of overpayment of tuition/fees or excess financial aid.
Refunds of Financial Aid
If a student receives financial aid in an amount greater than the tuition bill, such as funds for living expenses and books, that money will be refunded to the student. Students have the option of receiving refunds through direct deposit to their checking account, or a check will be mailed to the student’s home address. Once refund information is available at the start of the semester, students due a refund will see the word “Refund” on their Account Summary Page in LESESNE GATEWAY. If there are questions about this process, please contact the Treasurer’s office or the Financial Aid Office.
Information about setting up direct deposit of refunds through LESESNE GATEWAY is available online.
Refunds may be due in the case of an early discharge. Please see the information on Early Withdrawal.
