Dr. Greta Creech
Assistant Professor
Greta E. Creech, Ph.D., is an assistant professor within The Citadel’s Department of Intelligence and Security Studies. Dr. Creech brings to The Citadel a 20-year career as an analyst and manager of intelligence teams at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the wider national security arena. Her primary research interests include analytic thinking, leading in intelligence, and intelligence culture. Her 2021 dissertation identified the socio-psychological underpinnings of response to toxic workplace behavior among U.S. intelligence officers. The study was the first scholarly exploration of toxic behavior as a phenomenon within U.S. intelligence and the first to explore relational complexities in that environment.
