At the start of each academic year, club sports participants must complete a Player Packet. If you need help completing this form, we will be happy to provide assistance.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Player Packet is complete and accepted and that you are eligible to participate.
Your team captain will receive periodic updates about player eligibility or you may contact the Office of Club Sports to check on your status.
Most club sports assess membership dues and all have out-of-pocket costs. The amount is set at the start of each semester by team leadership. Contact your team captain for details.
Before you may practice or compete, you must have a current and complete Player Packet on file in the Office of Club Sports and have paid your dues.
