2016
The Citadel was a finalist for the 2016 Robert Ridgeway Student Chapter Award, being named one of the top 5 Student Chapters, selected from 339 American Society for Civil Engineers (ASCE) Student Chapters across the U.S. and 12 countries.
The Citadel competed in the 2016 National Concrete Canoe Competition. The Citadel canoe “The Force” was one of only 21 teams out of 200 across the nation that got to compete. The team finished 9th in Final Product, 11th in Design Paper, 12th in Oral Presentation, and 14th Overall.
