Department Overview
The Department of Cyber and Computer Sciences offers the B.S. in Computer Science (accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org); the B.S. in Cyber Operations; the M.S. in Computer and Information Sciences (jointly with the College of Charleston); graduate certificates in cybersecurity, information systems, and software engineering; and undergraduate minors in computer programming, data science, cybersecurity, and cyber interdisciplinary studies. The department has six tenure-track faculty positions plus several talented adjunct faculty members. Mission
Our mission is to prepare students to meet the computing demands they will face in their careers and as knowledgeable citizens. Through academic programs, research, and public service, the department supports the disciplines of cyber and computer sciences and the growth and development of educational opportunities in the Lowcountry.
