Welcome to The Citadel Career Center
The Citadel Career Center’s mission is to provide a nationally recognized career-planning program that permeates all aspects of campus culture through collaboration with the broader community and corporate partners. We educate, empower, and equip students to develop as principled leaders and achieve their professional goals. We invite you to become a valued partner in this mission, and will work with you to provide opportunities to make meaningful connections with our students to place them in exceptional job and internship positions. Below you will find employer engagement opportunities, the Friends of the Career Center organization, and other helpful career resources.
Our students engage in a transformative experience giving them leadership skills that set them apart. The Citadel education begins with four pillars – character, academics, military, and fitness – to develop leaders who are prepared to serve in all walks of life. Through early career exploration, participation in experiential learning opportunities, professional development with campus partners, employers and alumni, our students are fully equipped with skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, and communication.
